Maintenance notes: This fern will readily multiply over the water’s surface, the individual ferns will become much more dense as it grows and appear as mats on top of the water.  If grown in a pond with Koi or goldfish, they are likely to nibble at the shoots, it serves as a healthy snack.  This plant is not viable over winter unless brought indoors.
